Earlier this month, Itoki and its newly launched Knoll Japan Division hosted 8,000 registered visitors over a four day period at its annual Itoki Presents 2018. A second exhibition mirroring the first was staged in Osaka, Japan. Design professionals from Japan's major A&D firms and representatives from Japan's largest corporations toured the exhibition. Knoll Japan is the exclusive distributor in Japan for Knoll Office, Studio, Textiles, Spinneybeck, and FilzFelt.
The twin exhibits showcased Knoll's constellation of products, including Knoll's latest collection, Rockwell Unscripted, and the company's global desking solution, Antenna Workspaces. Classics from the KnollStudio Collection were displayed throughout the showroom. In addition, Itoki featured an assortment of KnollTextiles on a selection of their own products. Visitors entering both exhibits were greeted with larger-than-life metallic letters spelling out Knoll, an homage to the 1972 Knoll Louvre exhibit.
Established in 1890, Itoki is one of Japan's largest contract manufacturers with over three thousand employees and factories in both Japan and China.
