In the May / June 2014 issue of The LEADER magazine, Knoll Denver-based Architecture and Design Manger Jenny West is recognized as one of “36 Under 36 Young Leaders to Watch in CoreNet Global.” The LEADER is CoreNet Global’s bimonthly professional journal. "The 36 Under 36 are young, vibrant, adaptable, technologically savvy, well-traveled, innovative and philanthropic,” writes Nicole Bazemore of CoreNet Global.

“Corporate Real Estate’s Most Valuable Skill Set,” a piece by Jenny West with commentary from Tim Markham, Senior Director of Workplace Resources & Travel Services at HIS and Chirs Zlocki, Head of Strategy & Innovation for Colliers International, also appears in the current issue of The LEADER. The piece illustrates the compounding role of Big Data in real estate today.

Real-time performance indicators such as lease expiration, revenue per square foot, headcount, vacancy, employee engagement scores, collaboration ratios, square foot per person, industry peer benchmarking, churn rates, satisfaction, etc. can be an opportunity to outsmart and out perform their peers, or simply build an irrefutable hypothesis to drive positive change within their organization," writes West.

She continues: "Whether companies are acknowledging these metrics to forecast strategy or not, the larger issue may be the shortage of workers to actually analyze and synthesize the larger issues before a fire sets in.
